L'Éloge offers customisation concierge service for our clients who would like to create a unique design that resonates with their hearts, no matter if you want to create engagement rings, custom bridal party pieces, pieces for evening gala, daily wearing, work, client meeting or even just a compliment for yourself. We want to be a part of symbolising an important moment in your life.

We are able to create your unique designs based on your vision as all the jewellry collections at L'Éloge are handcrafted and designed by us. Clients are able to either

(1) customise our existing design collection with your favourite gemstones and metals; or

(2) customise a new ring design which is based on your vision

1. Tell us your ideas

Please include the following details when you are sending your custom order specifications to our Client Concierge Team at info@lelogejewelry.com . Our team will assist you with a price quote and have a consultation session with you depending on the gemstones that you are looking for and the next step within 1-2 business days.

A design customization cost of customising our existing design collection or customising a new ring design will be charged when you have decided to start the process b.

Required details when you are sending your custom order request:

• Your ring size
• Gemstones: Types and the colour that you would like to use
• Metal option: We offer 14K & 18K Solid Gold
• Metal colour: Rose Gold & Yellow Gold
• Others: Any important information that you would like to tell us

2. Receive the visualised Mockup (CAD Render)

After receiving the price quote, we can make your custom ring with or without a mockup. A design customization cost for customising our existing design collection or customising a new ring design will be charged when you have decided to start the process.

The CAD renders take about 7-10 business days. If you are satisfied with our design after receiving the CAD renders and you would like to move forward, we ask that you pay for the full price of the piece. The design deposit allows for a few minimal tweaks/feedback on the design. If there is a change in design direction or anything more than the original discussion, additional fees will be resulted.

3. Place the order

Once you have approved the CAD renders, we will create a custom link for you with details regarding your design. The listing must be purchased within 24 hours. Upon checkout, you will have the option to either pay by credit card or Paypal.

4. Wait for your design to be delivered to you

Once you have made the payment, all custom orders will take 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on the availability of the gemstones. As these will not be the usual gemstones that we use, please allow us some time to work on your vision.

Our whole team from the global sourcing specialists, talented craftsmen in India, creative designers in London and Hong Kong will be working at our utmost to deliver your piece to you. Please bear in mind that all customised orders are final sale.
